Lil’Acee AKA Lil’Riki is a new artist born and raised in Houston, TX. He’s always wanted to do music, since a young age. Finally he decided to make it happen. Get to know more about him below

Explain who you are for those who may not know
I am Lil’Acee AKA Lil’Riki. Raised and born in Houston Texas around the southwest area, but my family is salvadorian so I’m Latin-American . Born in the 98 currently 19 years old going to 20 on September 23.

How did you get your start in music?
I had a dream of being a rapper with my older brother since we were kids but I never really knew how to record till I got older and saw some of the homies in the hood do it and that’s when I started doing my own thing.

How long have you been making it?
I have been making music for a couple of months around August 2017 I dropped my first track and just been trying to get better after every track I drop.

Who are your influences?
I feel like I have a lot of influences but I’ll just say a handful of them which are Lil Peep, XXXTentacion, Lil Uzi, A$AP Rocky, Tyler The Creator, Mac Miller,Travis Scott, Pro Era, TDE,And 6lack.

What motivates you?
What motivates me is myself, my brothers, my parents of course and my nephews. I wanna better myself as an artist and a person day after day. What also motivates me is showing others that they do what they love and don’t do what others tell you to do because at the end of the day is your life and you weren’t asked to be brought to this world. You might as well live your life doing what you love and make a living out of it with no regrets.

What are you currently working on?
I’m currently just working on dropping singles right now showing my city(Houston) what kind of music they can expect from me and also getting local so I can drop a mixtape sometime soon.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself making beautiful music , producing , being in all kind of different industries like clothing , shoes, also tryna help out the upcoming underground artists , and maybe being in a reality tv show etc.

What is your opinion on the current hiphop scene?
I think the hip hop scene is in one of the best times right now because you have so many different categories of rap you can choose from , from mumble rap to lyricists to party music to story telling. Music is a form of art, some people may think some songs are whack but others might think is the most beautiful thing they’ve ever heard.

Anything else you would like to say?
