Japanese police have arrested a man after finding parts of nine bodies in his apartment in Zama, near Tokyo.

Police found two severed heads in a cold-storage container outside the flat of the suspect, named as Takahiro Shiraishi, while investigating the disappearance of a woman.

They also found the body parts of seven other people, also stored in cool boxes, in his apartment.

The 27-year-old is being held on suspicion of disposing of the bodies.

Police had found the body parts of eight females and one male, some in varying stages of decomposition, Japanese newspaper Mainichi Shimbun reported.

Mr Shiraishi told police he had killed the nine and hid their bodies, broadcaster NHK reported, citing the Metropolitan Police Department.

“I killed them and did some work on the bodies in order to hide the evidence,” NHK quoted him as saying.

Meanwhile, his next-door neighbour said he had started smelling strange odours from the flat after Mr Shiraishi moved in in August, NHK and Asahi Shimbun said.

Police made the grisly discovery while looking for a 23-year-old woman, who had been missing since 21 October.

Investigators found that Mr Shiraishi had been in contact with her, after she wrote online that she wanted to commit suicide.

On Tuesday, reporters gathered outside the suspect’s home, while neighbours expressed shock at the incident.

“It’s a quiet residential area here, with a day care centre nearby. I can’t believe the bodies were discovered in an area like this,” a 41-year-old neighbour told Mainichi Shimbun.

Cops uncovered 97 pounds of marijuana and nearly $1 million in cash at an apartment in Brooklyn — after being invited inside by the tenant, police said.

The stash was found Friday night inside a residence at 899 Montgomery Street, according to officials.

Investigators from the Jersey City Police Department had asked the NYPD to aid them in the search for an individual, who was believed to be staying at the apartment, before the bust went down.

When officers arrived, a different man answered the door and allowed them to come in — despite there being large amounts of pot sitting around in plain sight, police said.

Rising artist, Lil Mouse, was reportedly shot yesterday evening in Chicago. This information comes via his publicist, Victor Foh Jr., who says Mouse was shot in the leg around 6pm on October 29th on Chicago’s South Side. Not much is known about the incident, but I’m told Mouse is expected to make a full recovery.

Controversy has followed the 18-year-old rapper since he emerged on the scene in 2012 with “Get Smoked,” which he recorded at 13-years-old. We wish him a speedy recovery.

 

A fan is left paralyzed after allegedly being pushed off a balcony during a Travis Scott performance.

NYPOST: Rapper Travis Scott — who has impregnated Kylie Jenner — allowed his recent Manhattan concert to get so out of hand that one of his fans fell off a balcony and was left paralyzed, a lawsuit alleges.

And the performer only made matters worse by ordering his security guards to drag the badly injured young man’s limp body to the stage — so Scott could bizarrely try to give him a ring as a consolation prize, the plaintiff claims.

“Yo, pick him up! Pick his ass up! Take this ring! Pick him up, man!” the singer can be heard yelling on cellphone footage from the show as he leans over Kyle Green.

“I was in a lot of pain,” Green told The Post. “I just laid there, and finally, an ambulance came.’’

Green, 23, was at the “Goosebumps” performer’s April 30 show at Terminal 5 when the incident occurred, his Manhattan Supreme Court suit says.

“Everyone was packed in like sardines. It was hard to breathe,” recalled Green, who was living in Brooklyn and attending the Fashion Institute of Technology at the time.

Some fans — egged on by Scott, who is expecting a baby with Jenner — began leaping from the balcony into the crowd’s waiting arms, according to Green.

Green said he was on a balcony when he was pushed over the railing by the surging crowd.

“I fell and hit the floor. Before I knew it, I was surrounded by security guards, who scooped me up,” he recounted. “Travis Scott was yelling at his security guards to bring me to the stage.

“They didn’t put a backboard or a neck brace on me or anything, they just kinda lifted me up and pulled me around,” Green said. “Then they dropped me in front of the stage.”

That’s when the rapper gave him this ring.

Green said his serious injuries included fractured vertebrae, a broken left wrist and fractured right ankle. He’s had surgery but was left paralyzed on his left side and must get around in a wheelchair.

He now lives in Dutchess County with his family after leaving school and his third-floor Brooklyn walk-up because of his injuries.

“The emotional toll is just brutal,” Green said. “I was very independent, and now I depend on my family for almost everything.’’

His suit claims the venue and security guards should have known that Scott “had incited mayhem and chaos at prior events.” In May, the Grammy Award-nominated rapper pleaded not guilty to inciting a riot at an Arkansas concert.

Reps for Scott did not return a request for comment. The venue declined to comment.

Two prominent cable channels are already jockeying for the right to air Cardi B and Offset’s marriage. The couple’s recent engagement has put Hip Hop-friendly networks on high alert, as seen on social media.

BET made its intentions clear on Instagram by commenting on a joke post about a TV special for the Hip Hop power couple. Television producer Mona Scott-Young, the mastermind behind much of VH1’s reality programming, was quick to counter though, offering up her own deal to air Cardi and Offset’s nuptials.

“@iamcardib @offsetyrn – #WeGotYou when you ready!” BET’s official account wrote on Instagram. But Scott-Young wasn’t having it, responding, “Love ya @BET but #WeGotThis #AnotherCheckFromMonaScott @VH1 #4Evah!”

Will Cardi stick with the “home team” or did Gucci Mane’s recent wedding special give BET a leg up in the race? There’s also the possibility that Cardi and Offset have no desire to air their ceremony on TV. Only time will tell.

 

UK international trade minister Mark Garnier is to face an investigation into whether he broke ministerial rules after asking his secretary to buy sex toys. The allegations are reported to have taken place before he was a trade minister.

Mr Garnier’s former secretary, Caroline Edmondson, told the Mail on Sunday he had given her money to buy two vibrators at a Soho sex shop.

Ms Edmondson, who has since left to work for another MP, was quoted as saying that on another occasion in a bar, in front of witnesses, he told her: “You are going nowhere, sugar tits.”

The Mail reported that Mr Garnier had admitted the claims, saying: “I’m not going to deny it, because I’m not going to be dishonest. I’m going to have to take it on the chin.”

Mr Garnier conceded that his actions could look like “dinosaur behaviour” in the current climate, but added: “It absolutely does not constitute harassment.”

The incidents date back to 2010 – before Mr Garnier was a government minister.

Speaking to the BBC’s Andrew Marr on Sunday, Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said recent newspaper reports about inappropriate behaviour by MPs and ministers were “totally unacceptable if true”.

Asked about the working culture at Westminster, he said: “Things have got better in recent years but there is still some way to go.

“There are mums and dads who have daughters who are politics students hoping to get a job in Westminster, and they must be able to be confident that if they get that job, their daughter will not be subject to some of these behaviours that we have been seeing.”
