My name is GroovyCoop


Where you from?
I was born in Newark raised in hillside New Jersey

What was it like coming up where your from?
Where im from we like to dress nice and be the
main attraction but we never support each other

How did you get into music?
I always loved music but I never thought I’ll start making my own .. my cousin needed a hook for one of his songs and I ended up recording it with him ..he always wanted me to start rapping but I always told him “nah bro you can have that “ever since then I’ve Been making music.. it just came to me .. I just wanted to go to college and play sports but I got into this music scene and it’s been crazy

What do you do?
I’m a hip hop artist And I want to get into fashion and acting

What are your goals?
My goal is to be a successful artist and I want people to be influenced

What are you working on?
I’m working on a lot of singles since I’m not in college right now

How do you feel about todays current state of HipHop?
I feel like hip hop has evolved and I’m find with it
