DTG is a new artist from Tampa that may be new to your ears but he’s not new to the game. Starting music at 14 years old, he has had a lot of time to perfect his craft. Get to know more about him below

Where you from?
Tampa Bay, FL

How did you get your start in music?
I started music at like 14 but Ive always been around music from a young age. Growing up with Caribbean parents also gave me a huge reggae/dancehall influence.

How long have you been making it?
I’ve been making and writing songs 11 years now but started pushing and taking it seriously 2 years now.

Who are your influences?
My family. In the music game it would have to be Young thug and future

What motivates you?
I have a really great team. We have big plans and we motivate each other to become great. Shout out 303 .

What are you currently working on?
At the moment I have soo many songs and I think it’s time for me to push my visuals. I will be working on getting videos out for my supporters.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Grammys

What is your opinion on the current hiphop scene?
It’s the youth. Deal with it. Nothing stays the same forever. We all change and so Wil the music game.
