Prez P x Big NICS – Too Player Mode

Without further ado, Prez P and Big NICS drop off their highly anticipated Too Player Mode EP. The 9-track effort draws inspiration from former great southern duos like 8Ball and MJG, UGK, and Outkast. The project is wide-ranging sonically, featuring varying instrumentals from chiptunes to R&B-inspired beats to guttaral thumping. The pair both possess a player vibe, so when connected, they birth a unique soundscape that compliments one another. The production credits include The Pyrvmids, Rell Burgundy, Glocky Davis, and Showoff Beats.

Also be sure to sure to check out the new film Moonlight, as Prez P’s “Play That Funk” is a part of the film’s soundtrack! In case you missed it, the film features a star-studded cast including Trevante Rhodes, André Holland, Janelle Monáe, Ashton Sanders, Jharrel Jerome, Naomie Harris and Mahershala Ali. The project is also available on TIDAL, Apple Music, and Spotify.
