Jay Musiq – Dolan Drive Dreams (@o_my_JOSH)

After his debut project, The Josh Johnson EP, Memphis artist Jai Musiq from the Good Vibes Only camp solidified his place in the local music scene of the city by capturing the attention of all types of music lovers. His second project, Dolan Drive Dreams, looks to take his brand even further by paying homage to the city and the neighborhood that raised him. Jai Musiq’s content varies, as he talks about the Black Lives Matter movement (“Fly”), his dreams (“Wake Up!”) as well as his nightmares (“Wonderful World”), and his love life (“Get Away”, “You”). Executively produced by the ever-consistent Ty Boyland, Dolan Drive Dreams looks to take Jai Musiq to the next level in music.

Houston upstart Mardi turns the flex on high with his newest release “Point Blank.” Showcasing his exceptional song-making skills and lofty confidence, Mardi crafts a record about his current life status. Cooking up angst, aggression, and restlessness, Mardi is here to declare his music is a cut above the rest. The message is clear: he’s one step away from pulling the trigger and changing the music scene—point blank.

Dinero – Featuring Beanie Sigel & Jadakis

The Compound Gold Project presented by Magnum™ Large Sized Condoms is a three-track hip-hop music collaboration featuring top artists Dave East, BJ The Chicago Kid, Jim Jones, Joey Bada$$, Beanie Sigel and Jadakiss. This is the thrid and final track, “Dinero” featuring Beanie Sigel and Jadakiss, produced by Buda The Future and Grand Muzik.

¡B! (of Nard & B) drops “Out Perform You” feat. Skooly

Today ¡B! (@B_of_NardandB) dropped “Out Perform You” featuring Skooly. The record, produced by @Nard_and_B & XL, is the first to drop from B’s debut project that will feature exclusive records from a variety of hot artists. The project, which is tentatively scheduled to drop at the end of the year, will include production from Nard & B with co-production from TrenchWerk producer, XL (@BeatGodXL).

In the record, “Out Perform You,” Skooly (@SB_Skooly) appeals to the ladies holding it down in this uptempo R&B hit. Earlier this year, Skooly dropped his project, Trench Gotti, which was executive produced by both ¡B! and Nard. In April, XXL rated it as one of the “25 Best Projects of 2016 So Far.”
