A little about the artist:

Just a young black man who tried to make it at the University of West Georgia, and play some college ball. I ended up falling to the streets unfortunately.

Now I’m facing 2 1st degree burglaries, 2 criminal gang activities, a conspiracy to gang, and theft by taken felony.

I go to court November 26th. Since then I’ve gave it all to God its in his hands now, and I work 2 jobs to pay for anything necessary.

My free time is spent in the booth. Even if I go to a prison I want yall to feel me on the outside.

My name is Marz Khalif. Real name is Omar Truitt. I’m from the DMV. I got my name because one it is similar to my first name , and I consider myself different, like I’m from the planet Mars. And my middle name is Khalif , so thought it would be dope to put the 2 together .

I was on a football scholarship for the Iowa Hawkeyes , but I made the decision that I wanted to chase my true passion and that was music . I grew up around music and I felt that was my true calling. I already dropped a EP called “Live.Life” , and I plan on dropping another project really soon called “Project U.F.O” with this project you can tell I definitely have developed my sound and I’m learning more about myself .

I consider myself a misfit that is embarking on this journey , ready to bring people in my world, where anything is possible and it’s okay to be different .

“Pink”

Christian Taelor is a 20 year old artist from Indiana. He has been making music over the past 5 years. He is heavily influenced by Kanye West, Travis Scott, and Kid Cudi.

His new project “Pink” was created in 3 months.

Creating his own “rap/rock” sound, he likes to be known as the “black rockstar” and he wants to be remembered for doing “what the f*ck he wants”.

The general idea behind the album is the stereotypical rockstar life of sex, drugs, & music.

The title comes from the movie Reservoir Dogs & the idea that he can make whatever he wants & get popping based off of his own originality & random thought process
