Now that Cardi B is reaching major success, she’s also earning herself some critics who are hitting her hard in the legal department. The Bronx rapper is being sued for $5 million by a man named Kevin Brophy for using his image on the cover of her 2016 mixtape, Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1.

According to TMZ, Brophy claims that he is the guy going down on Cardi to perform oral sex on the cover of the project, showing off only his back tattoos which feature a lion going after a snake. He says that he never signed off on the photo being used for the mixtape art, or in such a sexual manner. Brophy also says that he found out he was on the “Bodak Yellow” MC’s previous cover when a friend pointed it out to him how crazy it was that he is “cunnilinging [sic] this rapper called Cardi B.”

TMZ also says that the man also mentions his pre-K son pointing out the photo to him, asking what he’s doing and who the girl is in the picture in new court documents. Brophy claims that he never spoke with Cardi or her team about his use of the photo, but he was able to recognize his notable ink to determine that it was him on the cover. He’s suing the female entertainer and her managers for $5 million in damages.

Hopefully Cardi can get this straightened out as quickly as possible. See the cover art in question below.

The incident happened in November 2016.

The video shows Timothy Taylor reversing out of his ex wife’s driveway and then steering the patrol car to face the home, letting a car pass just before accelerating and slamming into the front of the house.

A woman is seen standing in the doorway moments before Taylor crashes into the home.

Taylor admitted to Milton Police that he was under the influence of prescription drugs at the time of the crash. He told them he tried to commit suicide because of marital problems. Taylor pleaded no contest to DUI and criminal mischief charges.
