FrenchProducedIt is a producer from NC who is focusing heavy on his career right now. We spoke to French and decided to allow him to let our audience know a little more about him.
Check out what he had to say below:
“My name is French, im from Durham NC. Im primarily a producer right now. Thats where my passion for music really is but I hope to start rapping in the future as I gain more knowledge about my craft. My song “Relax” is my first official shot at recording a song. Theres actually a few different versions of it but the one I settled with is the one thats been released. I produce all of my own beats and I mix and master my own vocals. I want to be able to do everything in the studio for myself when it comes to making a song. I first started making beats in 2014 after I graduated high school. I used my graduation money to buy a laptop and I instantly started experimenting with FL Studios. I currently attend college at East Carolina university. School work really cuts back on the time that I have for music but evey second im out of class is mainly spent in the studio. Ive executive produced 2 full bodies of work(DTMYF)(French Toast), Ive released about 5 beat tapes, and I also produced track 18 of Premo Rices “The Saga Continues” Album. Metro Boomin & Travis Scott are my greatest influences when its comes beat making. After hearing Travis Scotts “Days Before Rodeo” album I immediately knew that I wanted to make music because the production was so amazing.”

I came to save the Game. Former celebrity make up artist “Nicky B. Beatz” and Snapchat sensation “TrapGirlNic”
How did you come up with your name?
Inked- my pen game strong/ my tats (I have 16 tattoos)
UP- I think this music shit gonna take me to the next level
Alice- (I have an Alice in Wonderland sleeve)
Where are you from?
I was born in Miami but I was raised in the Souf of Atlanta.
Whats it like growing up where your from?
Bitches hate my guts. I used to fight a lot.. Bully a few bitches (not really because they would start with me, but couldn’t finish it) Nobody ever thought I was gonna be shit. Its like living with crabs in a bucket.
How did you get into music?
Its a funny story actually, I was hanging out with my first love. He’s always been into music, since I first met him. Well, I had just drank some Drank.. and we were freestyling. I had messed around and blurted “baby on the molly and I’m sippin on da syrup. I always keep a bottle like I’m sponsored by Gerber” .. Once I said that ONE BAR OFF THE DOME.. I was like fuck it, i’m finna be a rapper.
What makes you different than other artists
I mean, I respect all artists 100%. Who am I to tell you your work isn’t art..? Ya know, but see, I was sent to save the game.. To bring them bars and punches back.. To show these niggas AND b*tches it ain’t that hard to write a song.. To make my “co-workers”
create WITH a purpose. Instead of hoppin’ on every track yabbin about nothing.
What are you currently working on
My newest project for the fall. Its gonna have 15+ tracks on it.
Anything you would like to say?
I’m coming for you bird brain bitches with the burner. Y’all cornball ass niggas ain’t safe, either. I’m sendin shots every record. I’m gone drip with everything I drop, ya dig!
