artist S.P. Blu releases another single titled “TODAY” which gives listener a great perspective on creating multiple streams of income through various avenues. Which is also known as a “Hustlers” anthem.
Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Bakir Floyd’s demeanor and mental compatibilities has made him a standout within the hip-hop and R&B communities. Growing up with various good and bad experiences in Newark along with his father being signed with Queen Latifah Flavor unit, his inspiration allowed for his emotional expression to come out in his music.
He is looking to create a common ground between his audience and life lessons that people from all walks of life may have experienced. From his biggest performance at Villanova University to his latest collaboration with Toosii, his music career is just at his launching point. March of 2021 his first EP will be dropped with one of his most anticipated singles “She Want it All”, already electrifying the ears of his early fans.
Leading up to the most romantic time of the year, Bakir has a message for the men and women on the meaning of love. “She Want it All” is inspired by Floyd’s past relationships and the pain others around him have endured from love. Everyone seeks to find their significant other to hold you down no matter what and encourage you to give these women your all. Floyd recognizes the simple matching of each other chemistries and translates that into the song’s melodies, rhythm, and lyrics. With a clear message and a unique versatility as an artist, Floyd is granted access to reach audiences far and wide.
Lines like “we got this bond between us, let no one come between us. Shit may get messy, but it never gets too hard to clean up”, makes the audience ponder fighting through the difficult time knowing they will both come out better afterwards. Hip hop culture is my environment, i didn’t have to go far. Growing up on my block you had to be nice at whatever it is you claimed to be doing. I was putting words together at 10 years old.

DON PABLITO’s music is suffused with his story, his struggles, and especially his triumphs. Born Kashif Dove in South Jamaica Queens during the height of the 80’s crack epidemic, DON’s upbringing was anything but easy: both parents were incarcerated before he turned 18, and his efforts to pull himself out of the trap, though largely successful, led to repeated run-ins with New York law enforcement. Deciding that he needed a change of scenery, DON switched coasts and relocated to South Central LA, where he began to focus on his music career in earnest. Collaborations with Jay Rock (TDE/Interscope) followed, and he began releasing records under the name “All Over Chief”. DON released SUMMER OF CHIEF to critical acclaim and followed up his success with SUMMER OF CHIEF 2, in which he traded bars with A$AP Rocky on “BAKING SODA” and Dipset’s Jim Jones on “BOILIN.” The DON even received a co-sign from lyrical heavyweight Jadakiss. However, DON’s success was short-lived. Police raided his trap house and he was again arrested for selling heroin–but this time, he spent time behind bars. DON PABLITO has since returned to his bicoastal life and completely dedicated it to music. With the release of BIGGIE JIGGA DON, he promises to return hip-hop to the feel of classic records like Ready To Die and Reasonable Doubt. DON’s music is raw, gritty, and emotional but most of all, it is real. Prepare yourself.

Explain who you are for those who may not know
Well for those who may not know my name is KriSean Woods. I am an American Singer, songwriter & actor from Atlanta, Ga hailing my way through the industry with my super smooth R&B touch.
How long have you been doing music?
It’s crazy that I have not been doing music of my own until I landed my first feature with Tiffany Evans of year 2020. I have to thank my friends and my family for pushing me to do my own thing.
Who are your influences?
Some my musical influences I would have to say El Debarge, Usher, Eric Bellinger, Jacob Latimore & Trey Songz
Where do you find your inspiration?
My everyday life. The past experiences I’ve been through & I also put into place what my fans and supporters can relate to as well.
Tell us about your new single “Energy” – how did it come about?
I’m sure everyone can relate to this lol but I came up with Energy just from another experience. I was at a bar and I kept making eye contact with someone and you ever just know when someone wants you just from eye contact. Well, I could literally feel this person Energy from across the room and I wrote a song about it and there we have it. My first song was about Energy. It’s literally in everything
How much time do you spend in the studio?
Man, I’m in the studio at least twice a week. So I’m always working.
What’s next for you?
I’m going to keep following up with big singles. But for sure I’m going to be dropping an Album real soon.
Anything else you’d like to say?
I just wanna say that for anyone that has a dream and a goal. Stick to it and watch who you bring around you and in your circle. Some people are only your friend just because of what you can offer and knowing that you are going to be great. Once you cut those squares out your circle you will go so much further in your career. If my fans could take one thing from me I would want them to remember to Always follow your dreams, it only takes that ONE time for that ONE person to see YOU & tell you that you have what it takes to take over the world
