Explain who you are for those who don’t know
Ricardo Mac is a hip hop artist from Toronto with a somewhat southern cadence and tempo.
How did you come up with your name?
‘Ricardo’ is my middle name and ‘Mac’ was a nickname my friends called me in highschool.
Where are you from?
I was born in North York, ON, Canada. But grew up mostly in Brampton, ON, Canada.
Whats it like growing up where your from?
Diverse. Very diverse. Alot of different cultures and personalities. Also, my parents are Jamaican so I grew up in a caribbean household. As did alot of my friends, so the Jamaican culture obviously stood out the most where I grew up.
How did you get into music?
I always loved music. But I grew up a R&B fan, Jodeci, Dru Hill, Boyz 2 Men, etc… I was a Hip Hop fan as well, but R&B was first place. Until, I listened to Ludacris’ Back For The First Time album. For some reason that project changed my whole outlook on MC’s. Since then, I been writing music here and there for fun. Just earlier this year I decided to take it serious and dedicated majority of my days to getting better at my craft.
What makes you different than other artists?
I will never get complacent or get comfortable with my music style. I will always look to challenge myself when it comes to delivery, flow patterns, genres, and even down to cover artwork.
What are you currently working on?
Currently working on promoting my music video for “The Motive” and my EP “Limbo: In The West End”. I’m also slowly trying to build a strong team around me to help with my next promotional push. Also, I have two new songs I’m working on that will drop by late Fall early Winter.
Anything you would like to say?
The best opportunities in life are often disguised as hard work.

Wells is a passionate artist. Still growing so I can’t give a defiant answer of who I am really. But I’m a solid person. With the standard not so standard beliefs and rules as a man, making sure my fam straight really all that matters.
How did you come up with your name?
I didn’t actually didn’t come up with it. A friend of mines started calling me Wells in high school. It was my senior year she first called me that and round that time I was thinking of a name long and hard, then one day before class she called me wells. So I just ran with it.
Where are you from? New Orleans. The westside, when you going over the bridge coming from downtown you’ll see a circle hotel to your right and behind there is my neighborhood.
Whats it like growing up where your from?
Ruff but not so. Having my own money was my biggest issue. I been blessed enough to have a roof and 3 meals but it damn sure wasn’t easy for me.
How did you get into music?
I always loved to listen to it. I never really thought about making music until after a Wayne concert. I was playing football at the time so that dream went away maybe a week after. But when my cousin visited from Tampa over the holiday break my freshman year in high school. He told me about how he and his potna been making music and performing. We had a rap battle after he showed me how to count and write bars. Naturally as his cousin he let me record some songs once we got to Tampa Bay.
What makes you different than other artists?
I’m genuine. I feel music today isn’t what it could be, or even some people say it should be.
These times don’t deserve a filter. And I most definitely won’t add one, especially being the type of person I am. What’s wrong is wrong and what’s right is right and being who I am, I just have to speak on it. And that’s what I feel has been belated in the game.
What are you currently working on?
My debut album!!! Now I have the time to actually sit all day and night to work on it, so the process is much smoother now.
Anything you would like to say?
Keep y’all ears and eyes open, I won’t let ya down. Trust and believe.
Stay tuned

How did you come up with your name?

Where are you from?
Im from Union New Jersey I was raised my earlier years in Irvington tho
Whats it like growing up there?
In Irvington growing up its pretty rough but I always was a stay out the way type of person. Its an extension of Newark pretty much. Union on the other hand a pretty good town. its quite but it can get crazy there too.
How did you get into music?
I grew up in a music home. My dad had a crazy record collection and i lived with my older cousins all they did was listen to music and watch like TRL and 106 & Park. Thats where my love of music came from I started really rapping and writing and stuff when i was at 17. I really started releasing and taking music serious career wise about a year and a half ago once i started producing with my boy R.O.$.S and we started creating a different sound from where we from.
What makes you different?

Explain who you are for those who don’t know
This is Hambik A’shot a mainly active in rap/hip hop genre.
but also making EDM music as well.
How did you come up with your name?
since it’s a duo we just went with our first names. Hambik and Ashot, but A’shot sounds cool you know (like one shot) !
Where are you from?
Hambik born in Iran , Ashot has born in Armenia. But both are from Armenian families
Whats it like growing up where your from?
Also being christian/Armenian in Islamic Iran is difficult, you need to deal with different religious and race issues everyday. Also there are a lots of ristriction in Iran like there’s no youtube, Facebook and etc… International Hip-hop culture is very restricted in both counteries Iran and Armenia. Knowledge of English is poor aswell.
So it wasn’t so easy to get into hip-hop specially in English for us.
How did you get into music?
Ashot started to play piano at age 7 and from age 15 started to produce music and now he is studying classical piano in conservatory.
He was inspired to produce by international dj’s works like David Guetta and Deadmau5. Hambik also was in to music since he was a kid and he is graduated classic vocal in conservatory but since he always had passion for hiphop/rap he chose to be a hiphop artist, inspired by Eminem and chamillionaire.
What makes you different than other artists?
First of all we are absolutely different from rest of our country’s local artists. And we are not from states and never visited there too, but wer’e trying to make quality music. Also the biggest strugle we have is local people doesn’t listons to hiphop specially new school so we need to target outside of the country, which makes it more difficult.
What are you currently working on?
Currently we are working on our new and first album.
Anything you would like to say?
We really would like to get comments and feedbacks from real rap listeners. It will deffinately make us grow better.

Explain who you are?
I am a Christian hip hop artist, I embrace positivity and talk about real life situations in my music
How did you come up with your name?
Well my friends used to call me breeze because I was cool, calm and I basically flowed with anything my friends wanted to do. And while the 4 of us was growing up we had formed a cliche called L.I.F.E which stood for Living In Freedom Everyday. So that’s when I decided to keep our child hood cliche alive by incorporating both names to come up with Life Breeze.
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY
What’s it like growing up where your from?
It was kinda rough. Growing up I got bullied alot and then i also had to deal with the peer pressure of doing things just to be considered “Cool”.
How did you get into music?
I was listening to Pac, biggie and Cassidy. I kinda wanted to be like them because they had a no nonsense attitude that I liked. But at the same time alot of the things they did i wouldn’t do. And when my uncle died I turned to God in order to cope with his death and that’s when I started listening to Lecrae and he’s the reason i wanted to be a Christian hip hop artist.
What makes you different from other artist?
The thing that makes me different from other artist is I have a new sound with a different kind of flow. Also the stories I have to tell and the experiences I have gone through I use bible references to help solidify the message. I just want to see everyone win and I’m not trying to step on anyone’s toes to get there.
What are you currently working on?
I’m currently working on a new single and an EP called the Next Chapter which is coming soon.
Anything you would like to say?
I would like to say I hope my music will not only reach alot of people but also inspire alot of people as well. Hoping that it inspires someone to change for the better.

How did you come up with your name?
I had songs ready to release but hadn’t thought of a name yet, I wanted it to be catchy so one day I was keyed and I was off that falling and shit so I just came up with Off Balance, then added my name in front to make it Alex Off Balance
Where are you from?
about 20 minutes from Seattle
Whats it like growing up where your from?
You kinda just go with the flow of things, people can be out there or just choose to be lowkey.
How did you get into music?
My older cousin and sister both put me onto music at an early age and it’s always been apart of my life, I listen to all types of genres but Country and EDM stuff. Anyways, one day I was just fucking around on Garageband and a pair of apple earphones and made a little song. Showed it to a couple of my friends and they liked it, I have never wanted to live a regular 9-5 job life and then just die. I want my life to be the opposite of routine so pursuing music (something that I love) would help my achieve that, hopefully in the future I can branch out and be a creative like Tyler, Pharell, Donald Glover etc and do more than just music!
What makes you different than other artists?
Well as you can tell theres not many Asian artists in the game, I dont really want people to see my color when they hear my music but to just enjoy it. My sound is very modern day but I try to incorporate some lyricism so it’s almost best of both worlds.
What are you currently working on?
Just getting my name more out there, Seattle isn’t known for music but theres a lot of artists out here, the thing is I’m not trying to be on some local shit I want my sound to be heard from everywhere, when it comes to actual music, I’m just working on single songs not an album or anything like that.
Anything you would like to say?
If you fuck with me or my music don’t be afraid to show love feel me, I’m just tryna ice out my moms
